|Harmonic Conduit by O+A will
sonically link two communities, Northeastern University and Roxbury
with a new sound installation in Boston's Ruggles Station. The asymetry
of power between the communities can be heard in the soundscapes O+A

now has its certificate of occupancy. We had an amazing open
house in Rangely in September, and we will have our Grand Opening in
the spring of 2016. We've got a road, power, parking, a control
room, a deck, ventilation, a new door large enough for a Hammond

|O+A made a trip
to HARMONIC BRIDGE at MASSMoCA and made this audio video documentation.
The installation has now been transforming road noise into harmony for
17 years. Here we take you on a tour from the cars to the
resonating tubes, and down to the cube loudspeakers. Noise into
is an Oratorio for chorus, soloists, hardanger fiddle and organ
that traces the history my DNA from the earliest written words of the
Norse poetic Edda and the People born of Ice and Fire, to the flat
plains of South Dakota. The project was instigated and commissioned by
my father, Paul. The Libretto is by Mary-Ann Greanier. The
Ting Chin will be the mezzo soloist.
|"Harmonic Bridge" ,O+A, has been beautifully restored at MASSMoCA after running for 16 years. It is now online, streaming 24x7 with a live feed from MASSMoCA. Live Webcam. It is located just outside of the parking lot for the museum, under the Highway 2 Bypass Viaduct in North Adams, MA. video...|
